Unfortunately its still not planned for FTTC so Openreach will not be providing FTTC for the cab that serves TW8 9RN

Same problem i'm afraid. Your postcode is served by two cabs and both are not planned for FTTC so no service is possible for the foreseeable future.

Thanks for the info, I have had similar responses from other ISPs so really doesn't look good that'll ever get FTTC. Which is incredibly frustrating as we current receive ~1-3Mb and have no other option!
