Complicated formula BT use. there is some discussion in other threads.

I can see one or two that are probably oversights, or might need ducting sorted. A lot seem to be in proximity of industrail estates. One might surmise this is a revenue protection exercise to avoid businesses ceasing profitable leased lines, but that is just conjecture.

Western Power power distribution been at a number of the cabs today.

Also Openreach/Telent people pulling Fibres under whitecross road near Aldi.

Contractors making a mess at the College road cabinet today, i have no idea if they are Bloated Toad contractors or Weston power as the vans was plain, they could have been planting a bomb in there for all I know.

what do think what speed i wil get if i am 2 miles away form the cabmint my phone is conected to cab 73 and theres a cab 73a so will i getbmore then 10mb

2 miles is a long way for VDSL. it's likely to be less than 15Mb I guess, there are other threads you will be able to get a better guess from. I guess there is always regular ADSL2 broadband "with fibrre" option otherwise. There are comments about is elsewhere.

right but i was tsalking to one of the ex bt guy and he said what they wil do is upgreaded the cabel from cam 73-73a

there is a fibre cabinet installed at whitecoss near the chip shop ,its all finished , dunno if the internals dont get put in yet
