19 Cabs now spotted

I've fixed the locations of a couple of cabs that had been moved presumably by accident. I've take PCP E12 out of the river wye and put it behing the church in bewell street as I *think* that is where it is to be found.

The cab on be well street is next to Nero I believe.

if you are five kilometres away that is 5000 metres, the guide goes to 1500metres which is 15Mb/s. so sadly if you are 5 kilometres, you got a ghost in hells chance of getting fibre.

The one down by the co-op on the College road is still surrounded by barriers and it seems no one been there for days.

looks like i have to stay with allpay and get the 35mb
