FTTP Deployment

All,

Does anyone have any idea how long it take BT to FTTP enable an area - excluding digging. I know the process involves putting in GPON splitters but how long does the whole process take.

I know the whole thing about an install taking 8 hours but how long is taking OR to do an actual GPON splitter? How many people normally work on FTTP deployment in one go?

Done in small sections and the time taken is highly variable dependant on many factors like block ducts and time taken getting streetworks agreements.
