If significant works are still going on I think you could still have a several month wait.

All of the CABs on our exchange have been in place for a couple of months now but some duct clearance is still going on.

Exchange is not live and no way of telling when it will.

Since a larger town about ten miles away went live about four weeks ago presumably the number of OR staff to do the end user installs has to be considered as well.

Ex <n>ildram , been to SKY MAX - 15,225 Download
BE Unlimited - 21,000 Download 1,200 Upload ON THE LINE THAT SKY COULD ONLY PROVIDE 15,255 DOWN AND 800 UP ON!!!,
Moved house, now BE Unlimited 6,500 Down, 1Mb/s up - gutted!
FTTC Cab installation commenced 12th April - expect full 80 / 20 - bye bye BE, hello BT Infinity soon!

I remain optomistic. Someone in the know at BT has recently said the target for Hereford is to be live by the end of August. My view (I cycle around Hereford from time to time) is that BT's efforts in Hereford in the last 3 weeks has been very impressive. Of course there will be individual cabinets that are not in the rollout, and some other issues to be delt with, like the two or three cabs with SCPs which seem to be be ignored at the moment. The only thing we can't really see is the status of the fibres.

Openreach have a twitter account which shows when exchanges go live.

Perhaps there are commercial conditions that now make a swift delivery for Hereford higher on BT's agenda.

The Kempton Avenue cabinet is probably delayed due Management company involved, as the existing PCP is on there land and based on my dealings with them they wont be the quickest and easiest to deal with. On the brightside im going to rob all the bandwidth as im the closest to the cabinet smile, luckily they should be enough bandwidth for everyone!
