I would continue to check number 63 perhaps once a week, then once that is showing FTTC is available then check your phone/flat number. If that still doesn't show FTTC available then you'll need to take some additional steps to get FTTC as most ISP's will just check your details and see it's not available, although as the main house number is showing it this may help in your case.
The September date is pretty meaningless, it's just a placeholder date, and if your cabinet is not live by then it will change to December - they go in three month steps, or it could go live anyday.
On another unrelated note, I checked NDRAM 21 this morning, they have only reshelled the old cabinet, the space next to it has just been tarmacked over.

A backward step for cabinet NDTHA1. It has been giving speed estimates for over 2 weeks but has now stopped.
Looking forward to a speed increase!

This happened with a few of the cabinets I've been checking to, but then they seemed to settle down.

Would you be able to tell which cabinet is meant to be servicing CT10 2SW? From your very useful map, it seems that all the surrounding cabinets are enabled, but I wanted to check before approaching BT.
Cheers,
Patrick

Patrick, 100% of lines in your postcode are served by cabinet 13, which went live at the weekend, you should be good for at least 50 - 60Mbps
PS, my mate John lives there, and my boss Kevin used to.

Fantastic news - many thanks for taking the time to check for me.
Let's see whether my ISP can deliver Gives me a major boost to my ongoing campaign to convince my boss to let me work from home more often....

Well it seems BT are finally getting things done at a nice speed - lots of nice news on this thread!
Thought I'd just add that something's finally changed for me - before, using my number would give nothing and only the address would show FTTC for cabinet P18. Now it's finally showing for my number, which I think is a good sign? Still says 30th of September but I'm ignoring that part altogether.
So I'm hoping after Margate and Broadstairs, Ramsgate's going to get a few more live cabinets.

I'm not sure the fibre has been blown into NDRAM18 yet , a new junction box chamber has been built in the pavement near the cabinet. Shouldn't be long though, although I wonder if they control the amount of cabinets switched on so that the engineers are not overwhelmed with installs. People really would be upset if they had to wait 3 or 4 weeks for an engineer visit, two is bad enough.

At last - NDRAM5 has gone live this morning!! Upgrade order placed with A&A - provisional install date of the 17th. Hope everyone else in Ramsgate can soon get their upgrade as well. Andrew.

It's gradually working its way towards me on NDTHA31. Not there yet but today NDTHA12 (not far away) is giving speed estimates.
Looking forward to a speed increase!
