That's a good sign.

If I understand the process (at least from my ISP's perspective) They check the cab is taking orders, then accept your order. They then apply to OR for a slot for the install, and when that's confirmed it's communicated back to us. Plusnet let's you pick the day, but says it's subject to OR's confirmation withing a few days.

If you are lucky OR turn up on the agreed date.

Yeah, it's the same for Sky - They asked me to choose a preferred date and will get back to me with what date I will actually get.

I'll be [censored] if OR don't turn up on the day as I have to take a days holiday for this.

I hate waiting with no dates! I'd much rather order now and have an install date penned in than having to check the checker every day! Torture

At least you know your cabinet has been done - i'm not going to even mention which one im waiting again =).

You could email [email protected] with your address and Telephone number,, asking if there is a problem with your cab. They seem firendly and swift to resond.

Woke up this morning and checked, my cabinet is now live )) will be ordering tonight! I'll update the map later (on iPhone and can't update it here) unless someone gets there first!

Yay! grats! it's good to be ordering! I just cant wait to hear I've got an install date then it'll feel more real.

I've had people say "Why are you upgrading you get 10Mb already is that not enough?"

I'm just disappointed I can't get 80, though 33 will do me just fine.
