Had reply about pcp 71:
Thank you for contacting Openreach with regards to the deployment of fibre Broadband.
PCP 71 is still within the program, however, we are experiencing difficulties locating a suitable position for the broadband cabinet.
We had a new survey performed last week and we are to submit these to our contractors and the Council/Highways department for approval.
If all goes to plan, i.e. no objection and no problems encountered with underground structure such as electricity, water etc. we would hope to see service at this cabinet by the end of this year.

That's a shame, but at least it's still in programme.
I'd suggest you now follow up with an email to your local planning officer inquiring on the application for a cabinet. If you don't know who your officer is send an email to planning_enquiries<a t> herefordshire.gov.uk and they will route it to the right person.
When I search though planning applications online I don't see a NGA request for that area though, so it might not actually be planning causing the issue, and other factors as already mentioned.
I cycled past there at the weekend. The obvious (to my eyes) space for the cabinet some meters west of the PCP, in a small piece of grass adjacent to the next car park.

So i placed my order with BT for the infinity 2, they have to change my phone line back to BT which will be done by the 18th of semptember, do i then have to wait another 2 weeks for them to switch me to fibre? Can't seem to find it on the FAQ's

Allegedly I can order fibre now if I wanted to, so our cab is up and running.

You'd think they'd use common sense and have sorted this months ago during planning stage but then again we all know the factors involved here =). Sent an email to planning will post any replies here incase others are looking.
Thanks,

Better not be! Because of turning into parking area they probably will have to locate it differently as there's a lot of cars parked up around it most of the times plus a bus route, etc. Put that together with private land owner that will probably be trying to extorting extra money that he isnt informing us of.
