Hi I keep getting letters and phone calls to tell me that it is now available to me by BT, I have checked with them and they say that they checked my landline and it is correct. But all other suppliers have checked and are emfatic that it is not available. the most I can get is 3mb at best just under 2 at busy times. the problem is on my smart TVBBC ITV Iplayer and itv players are impossable to watch any ans please Ray

Please can you copy and paste what this checker says. You must use your phone number to prove anything, but if you have a TalkTalk or Sky landline you can use your full address, not just the postcode, and that is nearly as reliable. The postcode by itself isn't reliable.

Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Connection - Plusnet Extra Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.0/13.9Mbps @ 600m.
