Lol, the new digital divide, on this side of the street we get 1mbit, on that side they get 80mbit.

its not good people wil miss out on it

i noticed a few places have not got cabinets on my walk to a mates place and when I went with him walking the dog. St Guflac street no FTTC cab as far as i could see. up around Hampton park, Gorsty lane where we walked the dog a friend lives up around there and no FTTc cab there.

When we did a check as she is with Talk Talk and got a real bad connection, FTTC will be available in October.

so it seems around October is the new date.

Let us know how it goes! Still waiting for an install date after my line activation tomorrow, so painful.

After keeping me waiting for 3 hours Open Reach rang to cancel the booking due to no trained engineers avaialble.

I suggested they only needed a regular engineer to disconnect from the DSLAM in the exchange and reconnect to the MSAN via the patch panel in the PCP, as i don't need their modem, but that didn't help.

Having to reschedule via ISP.

Complaining to OR. Not happy.

You were mistaken. St Gutlacs Street and Gorsty Lane are both done, I've seen both cabs myself. The one in St Guthlacs Street is particularly well hidden, but its pretty obvious where as the new tarmac strip goes from the PCP to it.....

Fair enough I was cycling at the time in Gutlacs street and I was on a bus going past Gorsty lane

My friend lives just off Sudbury Ave and as i said we done the check via BT and even Talk talk and both came up as October.

Maybe gorsty lane would not be her cab,

OMG Thats terrible! I'm scheduled in for Friday - I hope this doesn't happen to me as I'm taking a days holiday for this as I assumed you had as well. Let us know if you have to wait another two weeks or when you get anywhere with it.

Man that's really gotta suck - You must be Livid!
