We';ve just moved in to Q4 so anything not already live has been bumperd to the holding date in December, doesn't mean a thing. This happens a lot.

To be honest, after extensive searching of the net I've not found any evidence to suggest the towns and cities enabled a long time before us have had a re-visit to finish the missing cabs .... I hate to say it butI bet we are looking at after the rollout has completed .... And IIRC thats gonna be sometime in 2014.

I know of a couple in Woking, and I've seen people reporting some other cases of infill on here - particularly Basingstoke.

But the chase for BDUK funding might be making BT a bit more hard-nosed about adding more infill at the moment.

And they done it right? wonders will never cease.

i seen some of Bt openreach sloppy jobs, too many of them, thankfully there are a few that takes a bit of pride with their work and eventually they come and do the job right.

Here is my line throughput speed (best one out of 5 tries) as of tonight;

Due for fibre install tomorrow with Sky 40mbps service (ADSL24 could only offer around 43 on our line so I'm happy to lose less than 10% in exchange for no useage caps at all) so fingers crossed this will be by far the lowest broadband speed I ever have to use again! (I even get almost the full 7.2mbps on the mobile broadband at work!)

Ouch, that is not good, you are either mailes away fromt he exchange or got a problem with your line.

Who said you would get these speeds? you may get more, you may get less.

I hope it all goes well for you, I agree that the usage caps put me off going for fibre with ADSl24 even if I was going to for fibre.

I left ADSL24 because i could get a slightly faster service for a little less money as I don't have to pay for a line rental

I been told I am crazy for not waiting until Fibre, but i think I made the right choice.
