I agree it's rare, but there have definitely been some reports. Most Infinity users seem very pleased, even those who went on with doubts.

As do all Plusnet ones. And it's a lot cheaper, with no oversees call centres!

Yes, I can see the benefits - me, I only called an ISP call centre once in 7 years for a line fault, so hopefully won't need to smile
