I just know that my local exchange is enabled, people in my town have it but the estate I live on currently does not despite BT sending out leaftets about it & the open reach van is down by the cab quite often. So im concluding its coming at some point, just no idea when :/

I'm without fibre at my current address despite the local exchange having been live for over a year now and my property was originally scheduled to be enabled as part of Phase 5a.

Openreach say it's coming soon; but they said that last summer when a neighbour reports seeing them push fibre round the ducts outside my house...

We need to know the postcode. That extract says only 37% of the postcode (that you seem to have edited out) is supplied by that cabinet. You could easily be one of the other 63%, which could be other cabinets or EO. We can check that.
