Re: Roughly how long to wait now?!

I've sent an email to DGA team as you suggested, will report my findings if any. Thanks all for the assistance. I can assure you our line is not EO (3KM cable run). I'm certain of which cab we are connected to because I once carred some tools to it for an OR Engineer because parking outisde it was a sod.

Well the reason that i suggested inputting the address instead of number, was because i have known doing so has given completely different results, regarding FTTC availability example -Number input shows nothing about FTTC

(BTW all the other checkers where also showing nothing for FTTC based on number only)

But checking by addrress it's output was = FFTC available, (cab AO) But a week later inputting number only would give AO info , So the BTW checker doesn't always follow logic or give complete info from number input
So i hope this explains why i suggested cross checking via address input,

Connection - Plusnet Extra Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.0/14.9Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Morrisons is the electric contractor to pair the cab to mains..

I`m moving to St georges area fairly soon and also want FTTC. I live over Gorleston and the cab I connect to was suppose to be enabled last March!

Its usually about 7-10 days as you will get the automated email and they will reply, with the volume they get it proably takes them a good while to get through.

In your locality work is ongoing. Currently this is awaiting power and other works, and the estimated date for cabinet eagyt15 enablement is close April 2013 assuming there are no issues.

Anyone interested in this particular Cabinet, I emailed NGA team again and the date's been pushed back to July 2013. I believe to only remaining works to carry out is the connecting cable between the DSLAM and the old copper cabinet (Is there any way to tell when this has happened visually from the outside?)

No, you would need to see inside the copper cabinet.
