The Dec 2011 data doesn't list your postcode, so your only hope is the link Uilebheist just gave you.

That 31/3/2013 is probably just a holding data, meaning they hope by then but a high possibility of slippage I'm afraid.

I've had FTTC from IDNet and now Plusnet. Just like on ADSLx you need to ask around as to which people suggest for your type of usage. Most will have it showing as available within two days of the first one, which isn't always Infinity. The ones that lag most are usually Sky and TalkTalk, as they have to get an extra link put in at the exchange to take the FTTC feed from Openreach, and they aren't always as on the ball as BT Wholesale who the others all use.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,website and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 54.0/14.9Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

I should hope 90 years are enough...
