there are no cabinets in our village well not that I have seen anyway it only serves about 500 lines I must be direct to exchange as I'm only 500m away

In which case the hybrid FTTC solution which adds a cabinet to the network or FTTP may be on its way.

Or the marking is nothing to do with the Norfolk broadband project
