it looks to be twisted pair. It's 20m more on top of say 400m so there will be some speed difference compared to sitting the modem at the master socket, but it won't be a catastrophe.

MaxDSL - goes as fast as it can and doesn't read the line checker first.
Probably worth first testing whether you can get a better sync rate with a very short RJ11 cable. Replacing one long RJ11 with a different long RJ11 isn't necessarily going to make much difference
Yeah over the moon I am syncing at max speed! Was quoted 66 .
Now i have my poor wireless (Old usb 54mbs dongle that is getting like 15 down 16 up lol) till I get my cabling delivered tomorrow as I don't really want to re-sync at a lower speed then hope that it syncs high again.
