The serious players on the Openreach platform are BT, Sky and TalkTalk. None of whom are short of a bob or two when it comes to advertising.

In TalkTalk's case, they make less from a subscriber going to FTTC. It probably isn't a surprise that they don't advertise heavily.

It wouldn't surprise me if Sky's numbers led to the same conclusion.
