True, on FTTP, suspect that once demand for FTTC with other providers improves the pressure to also offer FTTP will increase.

In areas of native FTTP the price is the same as FTTC for the same speeds.

They don't actually offer a FTTP product on their website, but I believe the route you would need to take to get FTTP is to get a PlusNet ADSL account (if you don't already have one), then apply to be put on the FTTP trial (open to all who can get FTTP AFAIK).

Price is the same as their 80/20 FTTC product.

You need to raise a CEO level complaint, to do this email all the details to the CEO of the BT group, Google will find you the email address.
