I don't think you have a great deal of choice in certain circumstances certainly with the FTTP products. Its either BT or BT 
Or PlusNet.
They don't actually offer a FTTP product on their website, but I believe the route you would need to take to get FTTP is to get a PlusNet ADSL account (if you don't already have one), then apply to be put on the FTTP trial (open to all who can get FTTP AFAIK).
Price is the same as their 80/20 FTTC product.
