As Ribble says. They are just using their (built into their system) link to the BTW checker.

Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 59.4/14.4Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

With the many BDUK projects the cabinet does not appear on any wholesale checkers until it is live usually.
