What I would do is post a very short post in the other forum, saying you are having a problem with that site, and ask anyone who can help to join this thread.
Give them the link to this thread. If you look at your opening post and
right-click on the
Link to this post in its header, you can copy the link and paste it into your linking post. There are ways of making it look neater, but that will do the job
