I'm not trying to achieve anything, I'm querying if that would be possible use that line as a second point to Ethernet ports, maybe even a wireless extender.

The telephone point upstairs is irrelevant, assuming it is an extension. Methods of extending your network upstairs have already been posted, is there anything you don't understand?

Ah, that makes sense. I guess the safest/simplest answer is no. Certainly not without disconnecting the extension and converting it into a dedicated network cable. The resulting cable would be of poor quality and might not even work.

CATcrap perhaps?

You are asking how to achieve something, whether or not you go ahead with it. You hadn't said what the "something" was.

Not realistically. Use HomePlugs through the mains.
