Various people from Morrison's Utilities going back and forth between old cabinet and fibre cabinet, tents up etc. Not sure what they where doing though (power perhaps?).
More likly to be the copper tie cables as no power in a PCP.

So where do you think we are with the install on this cabinet? I can see they have tarred a path from the smaller PCP box and tarred a path from the BT manhole cover to the fibre cabinet.
Noticed the cabinet along the road there was a van at it, could only make out Network Services but didn't seem to have any OpenReach logos. Perhaps activating that cabinet?
