That is except for those who are either on long EO lines or are in London where there is no BDUK funding to pay for the necessary network rearrangement.In reply to a post by IranianGiraffe:Yeah 3 local exchanges here are all having cabinets built just outside the exchange so it would appear all is not lost for people on EO only lines anymore.
