Andrew, are you able to share the more recent info you found suggesting the cabinet may still be upgraded? I'm getting conflicting information from BT and Superfast Cymru.

So you keep saying, but you provide no evidence. I believe it was a published "defacto" list made available to BT's customers, as it was downloaded from BT's unprotected website, rather than "leaked".

Other than I found it on a list somewhere that is all I can say

the leaked sheet was a CP only sheet issued to ISP on forward view -- not public informaiton
