I think its down to what cab you have. If its an ECI cab you get an ECI modem etc..
I could be wrong though!

Talk Talk.
Was not actually a question ... it is on the Graph. It was wondering if your choice of ISP is as good as the speedtest!
In my experience (second-hand from my Dad) when their service is working it works well. The only problems he ever had were with their customer service which was diabolical. Including the infamous time when they accepted new customers on their newly released LLU service without offering it to existing customers first then started charging existing customers extra for staying on BTw.
Hopefully the OP will not need to contact their CS department.

Well i recently moved from TT residential to TT business primarily to get a static ip on fibre but the difference in phone support is breathtaking. They are based in Warrington, pick up the phone in a few rings (ala First Direct) unlike Yorkshire's finest ISP and their technical team actually know what they're talking about. They cost more than the residential arm (though you do get higher network priority at the exchange), i'm paying £48 a month for the 80/20 fibre service + line rental + unlimited landline/mobile calls. Obviously you need to have a business to order their service...cough cough splutter
Their online chat support team are also very good as well:

It was probably cheaper because it's the 2B version, which is not a problem, just make sure that it's well ventilated, they used to run a bit toasty. As far as I'm aware the newer firmware is OK on them. The newer models are 3B and have a white transformer.

Max sync, plenty of SNRM, I find DSLStats an easier solution.
