I think the 52 Mbps is actually about right.

Some data on the test, pre-test ie. short burst at start recorded 12.6 Meg
Actually amount of data downloaded in tbbx1 was 23.685 MB
Five data points for tbbx1 ideally should be around 15-20
tbbx1 took ~2 seconds

Seems to be a couple of things, your pre-test is giving very slow compared to what is possible, we do not do this for HTTPx6 since we know that can be an issue for a few.

Why is pre-test slow? Possibly a slow TCP ramp or other issue, e.g. AV getting in the way or a bug in 8.1, but would expect a wider report.

You might want to try http://labs.thinkbroadband.com/ispa as a non flash/java version
