Power Cut

there was a big local area power cut yesterday resulting from a blown local power station which killed the electric of most of the town and surrounding areas, we would normally be a bit miffed but this time there was a surprise waiting.....

DLM has been reset on my line!!

upon re-syncing i was greeted with a 79.99 sync when my sync had been between 69-71 meg since October 2013

weird stuff eh?

Don't worry, it will probably return to normal soon

How long was the power off for ?

6 minutes at the most we were lucky as people closer to the station were out for a few hours

and i don't believe the lower syncs were normal only happened when the path was re-laid around the cab that it dropped and nobody believed me, i was on talktalk for over 12 months before EE with full 80meg. then for a good few months on EE until the highways agency did the repairs then boom down it went

is it possible a burst of electrical current could of changed anything in the cab or maybe i was the first to reconnect lol

anyways will see if it lasts and thinking about it i could of been banded as A LOT of the re-syncs prior gave 69.92 no matter the time of day
