If you pay line rental for the year in advance, the monthly cost works out at £26.16

If you were to pay the line rental in advance with Virgin it works out at about £18 a month for 6 months and then £26 thereafter. So similar costings.

Regardless the point I'm making is Virgin isn't horrifically more expensive than BT Infinity.
