Vectoring and LLU

Does anyone have any info on whether VDSL vectoring will be possible for BT in the UK?
In terms of subloop unbundling preventing it? Is there a solution?
I know BT are trialling vectoring, but are there any limitations that will prevent them from rolling it out across the UK?

So little SLU that its of no concern, the large SLU was Digital Region who have vanished, and the small areas with SLU now will probably just not have vectoring rolled out to them.
