I have no idea which model it is. But I would guess Zen wouldn't sell something that wasn't suitable, so I think it is OK I don't know the model. smile

It will be one of these. The cheapest is the £35.94 on the Home Fibre page, (once you add the Vat). What did they charge?

No, it is a Netgear, I have always had Netgear and they've been fine.
