Hi,
A few of my neighbours in E20 are trying to get BT FTTP. Some flats have hyperoptic and some don't (they're behind on installations) so some people want to order FTTP as a stopgap until hyperoptic have finished the rollout.
As far as I can see there is fibre termination equipment in every flat. Unfortunately the ADSL checker database doesn't show FTTP to be available so noone can order it.
Andrew, don't suppose you have any advise on this? It seems spectacularly stupid to have installed FTTP in 1000s of flats but have a database error mean noone can order it.

Do Openreach provide FTTP anywhere to blocks of flats? I thought not.
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.6/14.1Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Need a full address of a flat that has working FTTP via Openreach and then one that has 'the bits' but cannot order.
Also what actual bits are installed, since usually for Openreach FTTP the final drop into each property is only done once an order is placed, but as this was greenfield things may be different.
Will also chase on roll-out speed from Hyperoptic.

But on the address checker no FTTP is available.

Apologies it's so blurry. It's a pain in the behind to get a photo and it won't focus properly.

I don't know anyone that has working FTTP. I have the bits (as will every flat as far as I know) but can't order. This is the output I get.

Edit: also, I haven't found a single flat on the address checker that has FTTP available.

Probably pulled the plug on it after the games!

Can you PM me the flat number with the Hyperoptic delays (or collection of them if several are chasing)
