Many thanks to all for the responses, I have a much better handle on how this process operates. I am cautiously optimistic now and will be keeping my eyes peeled for any signs of a FTTC cabinet being installed!

Just thought I would update this thread in case anyone else is in a similar situation. It looks like the PCP (cabinet 10) wiring is complete now. I reckon it took 2 guys about 2 weeks to complete it, so no small undertaking! Last Thursday, the 07th, a groundworks team arrived and dug a trench around the corner from the PCP and have laid the ducting and cabinet base for its fibre twin, with cable pulls and earths etc, Just waiting for the fibre cabinet to arrive now
