FTTC cab

Hi,

I know in the past I have been talking about the same cab.

Openreach have informed me that Fibre will be available to me by January 2015. Then the council tell me September next year. Also how could they do all the cabling and network stuff in such a short amount of time?

Given enough resources can probably commission a cab from nothing to working in less than a week if they wanted. Just down to cost efficient allocation of the various teams and whether things like road works need to wait for permission to close or narrow a road down.
