The entry for the work on cabinet 58 on roadworks.org has ended. It appears some works just around 3 minutes walk away from the cabinet (and on the same road) have now been scheduled for 15 - 17 September, but right next to the cabinet 23 which from using the BT wholesale checker, already has FTTC enabled (although I may be incorrect). Description of the works is "Install 15m of 1 way poly duct in Footway,Install 15m of 1 way poly duct in Verge".

Is this an indication of anything, such as the fibre being blown through?

Works happened as expected; trenches being dug up, black cable being deployed although this happened next to cabinet 23 which seems to already be enabled for FTTC and not far away from 58 (same road).

Not to sound impatient but curious towards any potential updates.
