Information is collated using data from openreach database and cross checking it with CodeLook - https://www.telecom-tariffs.co.uk

CodeLook confirms which cabinets are due to receive fibre by showing "Fibre by 2011" but this is just a general flag in their database which says fibre is coming there. There are plenty of cabinets showing no fibre so and openreach database confirms the same so it has to be assumed that no upgrade will come to those cabinets as it just isn't cost effective at this time.

A quick update to this exchange.

Out of the 100 cabinets connected to this exchange,
81 are marked for upgrade.
19 cabinets are not due for renewal.

Out of the 81 marked for upgrade, 71 of these are already live with 9 due to go live thanks to the Scottish Government BDUK funding.

There is one cabinet (Cabinet 73) which is part of the commercial roll out and has seen its date pushed back every few months.

The cabinets which are not down for renewal are predominately in areas that are currently under regeneration (new builds over demolished council housing) and at shopping centre areas. 2 of these cabinets also fall into areas that are now serviced by FTTP to the Commonwealth Athletes Village.

All in all, this area is pretty much complete. - Full Map is here - http://goo.gl/maps/az6aJ
