They been pretty useless imho. BT helpline.

BT - We just check on the website, your phone number is not enabled for BT Infinity.
Me - Openreach say i am ready for Fibre on the page
BT - No we dont see that, we just checked on the portal
Me - Why do my neighbours have it ? Can you check ?
BT - No we cant. If you wanna raise a case... get me your neighbours landline number

Ummm frown.

According to the best checker publicly available, in the range 120-129 four can get FTTP. The other six can only get ADSL2+.

Maybe your line is EO, (Exchange Only - i.e. connected direct to the exchange). EO lines cannot get fibre.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Apparently because putting the (FTTC) kit inside the exchange would screw up the ADSLx lines. OfCom rules KO.

Quite why it applies to FTTP I don't know, when there is fibre going to the cabinets for FTTC.
