His exchange is Armley. Maybe Talk Talk will interest him if it's cheap but just how cheerful they are I'm not sure about. I still don't know if going back will work. Some say ok other say big risk so I don't know what to recommend to him.

Yes, that's LLU for both TT and Sky. So they would both take the line away from the "BT". That's what makes the next migration less simple.

Though the migration rules are changing next year. I'm not sure what the effect of that will be. It supposed to be easier.
