Re: More FTTP in Needham Market

Amazing, thanks! Needham market is about perfect location wise.

I'm seeing bits of the town have nothing right now, does this mean FTTP might roll out to more of Needham Market?

Wouldn't you be better moving to a house that already has it rather than waiting for it to arrive in the future?

True but the OP was asking about "more of Needham Market".

Because there is currently nothing for sale or rent in that postcode, in fact any of the FTTP postcodes.

I'm planning on holding out as long as possible (I will be staying with a friend until I sort myself somewhere out) and can basically get a place any time between now and say, April time, but if it comes down to the wire, I'm trying to decide if I should move to a VM area, or move to Needham Market (which is about the perfect location) hoping for more FTTP.

I that is it for Needham Market as far as I can tell.

There will be more in Suffolk, but its a case of keeping eyes open.

Re: FTTP mapping data? If not, Virgin or Ultrafast providers

In reply to a post by MrSaffron:
If you want FTTP in East Anglia biggest concentration is Caxton e.g. CB23 5BH

That's basically the new town of Cambourne, about 10 miles west of Cambridge. BUT beware under the terms of the "Race to Infinity" BT only agreed to cable up builds to a certain date - it is by no means certain the the newer areas have or will get fttp

I mentioned Caxton because that is where I can see plenty of locations with it available to order, i.e. avoiding mentioning places that are 'coming soon'
