Not sure you'll be able to make that work on your now BT based service ?

It won't.

Live without the stats, providers pay no heed and just send an engineer out even if you know what they are.
Speed test a bit to get a base line and you can see what is and is not normal.

If anyone actually knows an ECI unlocking guide that works I'd be interested, as the ones out there were out of date or missing key bits of information when I looked last year.

I would of course say http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest

Helped by the fact we own and run the network and thus know that bottle necks are not because of us, whereas most other testers are using third party hosting.

If BT were to drop you to the 40/10 product you might actually be stable again.

When you push ANY xDSL service to its limits which by upgrading you have got closer to, then there can be variations in how it performs.

Sounds like a line problem, which your line stats may help to diagnose smile

Let the Openreach modem with the HH5 as just a router settle in and see they can get a DLM reset.

With FTTC to fiddle is natural, but the systems generally settle down better when left alone.
