2 or 3 days

Mine dipped to 15 Mbps after a month or two and I did nothing and speed came eventually ie DLM does relent eventually

In your results listing on your profile page. if you right click a date you can pick up its link and post it, like this:-
http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/results.html...
or
like this.

Pointless putting it in your sig anyway, as next day it will be different so is totally irrelevant.

If you look at my sig, I give my sync speeds. They change much less often and in my opinion are far more meaningful. I update them when they change.

Edit - As you can see from my reply to BatBoy, I fixed your link. I did that by comparing it with mine. On looking at your result again, I spotted you have posted the "Direct graph link". The link you should use for posting when you have a query about your result is the "Link to this result" immediately below the picture.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 57.2/15.0Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

He might have just picked up the wrong link for his sig, as it doesn't work. Here's his result.

The upstream looks strange!

Looks like browser or AV slowly ramping up. I'd try another browser, PC, etc.

Maybe try this speedtest as an alternative http://labs.thinkbroadband.com/ispa/

hmmm, BTs own wholesale tester ont give me my ip profile every time i tried it yesterday, and again now i just tried (only this) this morning and i get this:Looks like BT has refused to test, possibly because a speed test or BRAS test has been run recently which prevents this tool from working properly. Try again in a few hours. Debug: BT has no BRAS info

[censored].....i left it overnight to try find out my profile.....

After the recommended modem/router swaps have taken place, is it still noticeably slow (and/or laggy) on things which aren't speed tests?
