Is this the BT Wholesale tester you used? AT the bottom of the results page is a "Further diagnostics" button you need to click, then supply your landline phone number when asked.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 57.2/15.0Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

Hi yes I I've tried that several times on that site, I get my speed but only my speed. I get an error message, whereby it said bt have refused the test or I've tested before.....even though it's the first test in like ten hours......

Well just resynced again, should be 63/19 now 51/9. I've had enough.......why can't they sort it out. Waiting on BT calling me so I can rip them a new one. This is happening the same as last time when over 2 weeks it dropped from 60/19 to 41/6. I

I would like to see your line stats but that involves reconnecting the HH5 as a modem and router and then getting them from Troubleshooting > Helpdesk on the Homehub web interface.

Well it's taken me time and a lot of patience......7 calls to BT, finally spoke to someone with a brain and a conscience...... There is a fault and they should have fixed it by now....engineer coming out tom morning and they've apparently been told to make sure I'm getting 60+meg as that's what I should be getting...courtesy call after he's gone to offer compensation as I'm now done to 42/6 from 63/19.5. Don't know what they will offer but least I'm making headway.... smile

The clean estimate says between 60 and 80. You're getting 63 which is within that range. Your connection speed will not move around within that range, it doesn't mean that. The range means the connection speed you get will be one of those values.

Don't think of it like 'your time to work will range between 10 minutes and half an hour'. Instead of think of it as 'The typical height range of an adult human is between 1.5 and 2 metres.'

At 59.5 it was only within the impacted range so there was an implication that it might be possible to improve it although obviously it wasn't far outside the clean range anyway.
