well that happened 2 weeks ago, openreach reset from 40/6 to 63/20....now im at 48/8 in 2 weeks....again....and also with a new (5th) HH5

Yeah, if the DLM is reset without the underlying fault being fixed, history repeats itself.

he found a connection was partly loose and hes fixed it, after having a discussion with him i think they are going to set my broadband to 59/60 capped to hopefully make it super stable....line length is 400m to cabinet he told me and snr is 5.9
