No FTTP live on that exchange but planned for EO lines in NE26 4QT and NE26 4QS

Of course plans are subject to change

Also the other EO line (block 4) has been moved over to cabinet 21 postcodes shown below:
Exchange Name: Seaton Delaval
Exchange Code: NESVL

[EO3]
Fibre Information: FTTP Planned
Fibre Phase: BDUK Northumberland 13a
Postcode: NE26 4QS
Postcode: NE26 4QT

[EO4]
Fibre Information: FTTP Planned
Fibre Phase: BDUK Northumberland 13a
Postcode: NE23 7DY -> P21
Postcode: NE23 7EP -> P21
Postcode: NE23 7ER -> P21
Postcode: NE23 7ET -> P21
Postcode: NE23 7EU -> P21
Postcode: NE23 7EW -> P21
Postcode: NE23 7EY -> P21
Postcode: NE25 0DF -> P21
However for EO block3 like what Andrew has already said seems it "may" still be down for FTTP, however these can and do change, so its hard to say atm.

Ok the postcode you said for your friend was wrong, you are missing a 1, any how here is the info I have gathered:
Exchange Name: Aberdeen Lochnagar
Exchange Code: NSLNG
Country: Scotland

Cabinet: 70
Fibre Phase: Not Available
Fibre Information: None
Result Count: 8

Cabinet: 71
Fibre Phase: Not Available
Fibre Information: None
Result Count: 14

Cabinet: 75
Fibre Phase: BDUK Scot Government 12a
Fibre Information: FTTC Available from 15th August 2014
Result Count: 1

Cabinet: EO Line
Fibre Phase: Not Available
Fibre Information: None
Result Count: 2

[AB11 6DY]
 Has 1 result(s) connected to Cabinet 75 with FTTC with approximate speeds around the following:
 Range A: 74.0 -> 80.0 (downstream) 20.0 -> 20.0 (upstream)
 Range B: 61.9 -> 80.0 (downstream) 12.2 -> 20.0 (upstream)

 Has 2 result(s) connected to an EO (Exchange Only) line with ADSLx with approximate speeds around the following:
 ADSLx (Worst): Up to 17.0 (downstream rate) -- (upsrteam rate) 10.0 to 19.5 (downstream range)
 ADSLx (Best): Up to 17.0 (downstream rate) -- (upsrteam rate) 10.0 to 19.5 (downstream range)

 Has 14 result(s) connected to Cabinet 71 with ADSLx with approximate speeds around the following:
 ADSLx (Worst): Up to 9.0 (downstream rate) -- (upsrteam rate) 10.0 to 19.5 (downstream range)
 ADSLx (Best): Up to 17.0 (downstream rate) -- (upsrteam rate) 10.0 to 19.5 (downstream range)

 Has 8 result(s) connected to Cabinet 70 with ADSLx with approximate speeds around the following:
 ADSLx (Worst): Up to 17.0 (downstream rate) -- (upsrteam rate) 10.0 to 19.5 (downstream range)
 ADSLx (Best): Up to 17.0 (downstream rate) -- (upsrteam rate) 10.0 to 19.5 (downstream range)

Please note that these speeds are using BT's DSL Checker and uses the lowest and highest values for that postcode and cabinet.
 Had at least 1 issue retrieving information from the BT DSL Checker.
As for it being an EO line, no its not, unless they have more than one line at that address.
Checking Home Info: ||41|DEE ST||ABERDEEN|AB11 6DY|NS|A00000027520|
ADSLx (Live:P71): Up to 17.0 (downstream rate) -- (upsrteam rate) 10.0 to 19.5 (downstream range)
So it seems that they are on Cabinet 71

Paul,

you appear to have more detailed info than I have been able to source so far. I represent a community with approximately 400 EO lines. Any chance you can point me at the source of the info or help me understand future plans in respect of EO lines for exchange WSJOP on postcodes beginning KA66

Well I use the same location as most others, plus I do check for every address on each postcode in question.
I have the following:
Exchange Name: Joppa
Exchange Code: WSJOP
Country: Scotland

Cabinet: EO LINE
Fibre Phase: Not Available
Fibre Information: Not Available
Featured Products: ADSL Max
Result Count: 515

*** Speed Test Information Removed ***

Please note that these speeds are using BT's DSL Checker and uses the lowest and highest values for that postcode and cabinet.
 Had at least 1 issue retrieving information from the BT DSL Checker.
Sadly I cannot see any EO Lines down to be moved to an existing cabinet, neither can I see any plans for new cabinets, but I may be wrong, I have been in the past, so it might be worth seeing if anyone else responds.

My guesses would be that the EO Lines "may" be moved over to cabinet 3 due to they seem to only have 24 address connected to it (unless I missing some postcodes) once moved they "may" offer FTTC.

Also your exchange doesn't support ADSL2+ so only a max speed of 8Mbps on ADSL, unless your lucky to be on Cabinets 1 or 2 they have FTTC.

I know you deleted your reply but here is that info:
[AB25 1GS]
 Has 18 result(s) connected to Cabinet 71 with FTTC with approximate speeds around the following:
 Range A: 64.0 -> 80.0 (downstream) 20.0 -> 20.0 (upstream)
 Range B: 52.9 -> 80.0 (downstream) 12.2 -> 20.0 (upstream)
Seem that the speed is faster the lower end of the road for that postcode.
Checking Home Info: 91|STEVENSON COURT||STEVENSON STREET||ABERDEEN|AB25 1GS|NS|A00000156137|
Range A (Live:P71): 66.9 -> 80.0 (downstream) 20.0 -> 20.0 (upstream)
Range B (Live:P71): 56.9 -> 80.0 (downstream) 12.2 -> 20.0 (upstream)

Checking Home Info: 108|STEVENSON COURT||STEVENSON STREET||ABERDEEN|AB25 1GS|NS|A00000156048|
Range A (Live:P71): 64.0 -> 80.0 (downstream) 20.0 -> 20.0 (upstream)
Range B (Live:P71): 52.9 -> 79.6 (downstream) 12.2 -> 20.0 (upstream)
Oh and its FTTC, there is not FTTPod for that cabinet yet.
