Nothing wrong with those figures. Except ... I would normally expect to see the Line and Signal attenuations being similar values.or certainly a lot closer than that. That said, don't worry to much about it

I guess, from the earlier posts, that there aren't many other residents making use of it yet.

The oddity is indeed the attenuation figures. Not just because of the variation, but the amount. My line is 100m long, with around 8dB attenuation - 14 or 23 db are both quite high for a distance of 30m!

He may not be just 30m though! The cabinet could be 20m followed by another 10-50m to the PCP and then routed back to the house with a rise up a pole and more ... so it "could" suddenly become 150m!
