Cabinet 8 for Exchange Kingsmead has already been updated to fibre and has been since 26th July 2012.

When I type in my phone number on the superfast openreach, it says :
Exchange name: Torrington
Status: Enabled area
Your area is enabled for Superfast Fibre but your cabinet is not ready yet so you can't place an order today. It is in our plans to be upgraded and we update this info weekly, so please check back later.
So I went onto the BT Wholesale ADSL Checker, to see which cabinet I am connected too, and I get the following:

Where did you get the information that Cabinet 8 was enabled? Also if it is enabled why can I not receive Fibre Speeds? Thanks
