FTTC Latancy issues ?

My latency, as historically recorded on my BBQM, suddenly increased from 6ms to 25ms one morning in mid March 2015 and has stayed there every since.

Is this an issue I should bre raising with my ISP ?

Which BT modem? ECI or Huawei? Check on the base.

I would have asked exactly the same questions as tommy45 ... and if the modem is ECI then we almost certainly know exactly what the problem is.

It could also be a HH5a which apparently has similar issues when G.INP is active.

BT Modem and third party router? rules out a HH.
