What does this mean?

in my area, I looked on roadworks.org to discover that there is a cabinet being upgraded. On the description, it sayed PCPE5. What does the E mean?

Well I know the P stands for PCP so P1 would be PCP Cabinet 1, as for E, I have no clue, maybe Extended/Extension/Extra Cabinet?, I do know that I have been seeing these pop up more and more as late.

Maybe the E means "E-side" (Exchange Side) Cabinet ?
Just guessing here.
