Infinity 2

I hope this is the right forum, if not apologies.

Mid April last year I was lucky enough to get Infinity 2.
Downloads were around 72 Mbps. Fantastic.

Mid July it dropped to average 63Mbps. A bit choked. I rang BT who said that is all I could get. Ignoring the fact that it used to be quicker.

Mid September download speeds dropped to around 56Mbps.
Rang BT who said that the speeds were all I could get.

End of March speeds recovered to around 64Mbps.

I have HH5a router that I am told does not support G.INP so I don't know why the speed improvement.

During all this time the latency has been getting slower and slower.
I can't remember what it was in the beginning but I think it was something like 11/12ms.
Now it's down to 49ms.
It's now becoming a bit of a nuisance.
Is this too slow?

It would be useful if you could provide some stats from your router including snr, attenuation and anything else the HH5 provides.

I would do if I could find it on the router.
I always could on my old Netgear but not on this unfortunately.

I've never had a HH5 myself but my colleague reckons you can get the stats by going to Troubleshooting --> Helpdesk. Have you tried looking there?
