BT don't move EO lines to a cab just for the fun of it as it makes little commercial sense. Network rearrangement costs money and BT don't do this without additional third party funding such as that from BDUK. There's clearly a purpose for installing a PCP and nowadays that's usually for the provision of FTTC (or in some cases FTP). I wonder at what point PCP 65 will appear on "that site", what it has to say about FTTC and possibly make of cabinet. I need to check whether all-in-ones are explicitly identified or whether they stick to just Huawei or ECI as they do for FTTC only cabs.
Cabinet 65 is already on that site, however I cannot see any info about fibre, neither does it say its part of the commercial rollout.
But saying that ours doesn't currently say anything about being on the commercial rollout on that site but we are and have been since 2011 and was recently confirmed by BT and Openreach as being part of the Commercial FTTP Project which is about to come back to shortly.
Granted I don't think the EO Lines on their postcode will be put on FTTP due to being moved over to a PCP cabinet, but who knows what goes through these people

Well maybe they have plans for the EO Lines in that area to get put on a PCP Cabinet to later on get given fibre.
Then only then once all the EO Lines are on said cabinet they may become viable, don't forget the commercial rollout hasn't ended due to they are still rolling out them especially FTTP installs that got put on hold while the BDUK contractual work was done.
Don't get me wrong, I am all for not wasting public money on something that isn't viable, but the viability could possibly change once they have enough EO Lines say 120 to 500 addresses, one of our cabinets with only 108 addresses was upgraded to FTTC where as cabinets that had 194 not be viable.
Also a thing to think about, if there was a load of faults down a certain route of copper cables that would be difficult or costly to get to or replace, it might be a cheaper better option to route those EO Lines a different route through a cabinet.
Well as for the type of cabinet I have no clue due to I live in East London miles away (approx. 20 miles) from this postcode, so there is no chance in me going out to look for it
